FAQ’s

Will I have access to this material after the course is complete?

If you joined us after Oct 2016 – You have access to all the materials in this School for one full year. After your first year, you have the option to continue to have access to the materials and the Facebook Group for a yearly membership rate of $397 or $37/month. You will receive an email with all the details close to your one-year anniversary date.

When can I take the Certificate of Completion test?

You will have access to the link to take the Certificate of Completion Quiz as soon as the last Business Building Module is released – about 30-days after you register. You can take this test whenever you feel you are ready and it will be available to you for your 1st-year membership and if you renew. But we suggest you take it shortly after you complete the Modules so that the material is fresh.

How many questions are on the Certificate of Completion?

There are 100 questions and you have to get 80 correct to pass. They are a combination of multiple choice and True/False questions. We have taken the questions directly from the material covered and you will be emailed the correct answers if you miss any. If you don’t pass the first time, you can try again in 24 hours. When you have passed the test, we will send you your badge and certificate.

How do I update my billing information?

If you are on a payment plan, or a monthly/yearly renewal, you will be able to update your payment info on your PayPal account where the payment plan was set up. If you need further assistance please reach out to support@socialmediamanagerschool.com
